Role Overview:
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will drive new signups to our platform by engaging home service businesses. Your role is to help these businesses discover the benefits of purchasing live customer calls through The Client Connector. You can reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, or social media direct messages—whatever works best for you.
This role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere and set your own hours. If you have a sales team, we offer additional opportunities to discuss custom arrangements and enhanced commission structures.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target home service businesses in industries such as plumbing, roofing, landscaping, locksmith services, and more.
• Communicate the value of The Client Connector’s platform, highlighting its free sign-up process, pay-as-you-go model, and risk-free features.
• Drive businesses to sign up and create campaigns to start buying live calls.
• Build relationships with businesses to encourage early purchases of calls after onboarding.
• Collaborate with The Client Connector team for training, support, and campaign updates.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and results.
• Generate your own script and techniques for finding leads.
• Great lead sources include Angi buyers, Home Advisor buyers, Yelp advertisers, and more. We can assist on tips for finding your own call lists.
Compensation and Benefits:
• $25 Commission: Earn $25 for every business that signs up and creates a campaign to buy calls.
• Additional $50 Commission: Receive an extra $50 when the business purchases $100 in calls (often within their first few days on the platform, depending on location and industry).
• No caps on earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn!
• Payments processed through Tipalti for secure and timely payouts.
