Understanding Real-Time Bidding and Call Duration

Every call on our platform utilizes a real-time bid and duration system:

• For static phone number campaigns, the IVR obtains the customer’s zip code.
• We ping 20+ pay-per-call networks and direct buyers to find the highest bid for the call.
• Calls are automatically transferred to the highest bidder.
• Required call duration and payout are determined during the API process.
• All calls, recordings, bids, payouts, durations, zip codes, industries, and more are displayed in your dashboard. Data can also be exported.

Typical affiliate payouts range from 50-90% of the buyer’s price for the call.

All traffic needs to be TCPA Compliant

Ideal Traffic Generation Methods include: SEO/Organic, Pay Per Click Ads (Google, Facebook, etc.)

Discouraged but still accepted methods include: Any kind of transfers where anyone has spoken with the customer, Facebook Marketplace, GMBs, Craigslist, and any other free sources. These sources will be accepted but will have a much more limited distribution and can only be distributed partners or buyers that accept these kinds of of traffic.

Credits and Payments

• Buyers have up to 3 days to request a credit for any call. Affiliates will not be paid for credited calls.
• Payments are sent 3 days after the 1st and 15th of your first month. After that, payments are issued monthly, 3 days after the start of each month (excluding weekends).
• Payments are processed through Tipalti, a trusted payment platform supporting over 195 countries and 120 currencies. Configure your payment settings in your dashboard.
